A Conversation with Sequel Alliance Family Services

This summer, Foothold Technology customer Sequel Alliance Family Services was awarded Foothold Technology’s Impact Prize for Greatest Impact on Agency Operations. I knew from the agency’s Impact Prize nomination materials that the use of AWARDS helped contribute to an excellent score on a recent Idaho state Medicaid audit, and wanted to hear more. I wanted to hear details on how the shift to electronic record keeping helped transform this agency’s operations. Did it help support the agency’s programs in both Idaho and Nevada? Was it all about data or was there also some change in process required? What did it feel like for staff to take the plunge back in 2014 when the agency become Foothold Technology’s first customer in the state of Idaho?
