User’s Conference

July 7- 8th, 2021

Online

It’s that time of year again when we’re busy planning for our annual User’s Conference. With so much change happening throughout the industry, within your communities, and here at Foothold, we’re calling this year’s conference TRANSFORM 2021.

Many organizations have had to adapt to thrive in this ever-changing landscape, and we have chosen this new name to reflect that theme.

After the success of last year, we have expanded this year’s conference to TWO days, July 7- 8, 2021. As a 2-day virtual event, we have added tracks to help plan your experience by interest and allow more time for a deeper dive into these specialties.

Speakers

Jessica Adrian

Quality Assurance Coordinator, Alliance for Positive Health

Jessica has worked in the social services field for over a decade in direct service capacities as well as in upper management. After starting out working with people with developmental disabilities, Jessica spent six years at a Brooklyn-based Health Homes program where she eventually transitioned to quality assurance. Despite this change, Jessica’s time working directly with clients and staff has given her a unique perspective on both program and funding needs. She brings that perspective to the AFPH AWARDS implementation team and has used her experience in the field to help build a platform that best suits the needs of individual programs as well as the agency as a whole.
