If you are a current user of AWARDS software looking to log in to your agency’s database, be advised that details of your access are determined by your agency. Please reach out to your agency’s system administrator for assistance.
Need support using AWARDS?
For questions regarding the work you’re doing within your agency’s AWARDS database, please contact the Help Desk within AWARDS. All messages within AWARDS are HIPAA-compliant. We also offer within AWARDS an extensive Help library of step-by-step instructions and videos to walk you through much of the functionality.
Training Events and Upcoming Webinars
Join us for our webinar series that focuses on new and improved functionality deployed each month. We demonstrate many of the new features listed in each month’s What’s New in AWARDS section of the monthly FootNotes news email digest. Time permitting, these webinars may also review the most recent Tip of the Month. This free session is open to any AWARDS user who wants to stay informed about the newest enhancements of AWARDS functionality.
Please note: We are using Zoom for this webinar, which requires registration prior to the event. Confirmation will be emailed to you automatically upon registration, and again 1 week prior, 1 day prior and 1 hour prior. The link for the webinar will be in those emails. Be sure to check you spam folders if you don’t see those emails as that is the only place to find the link to join the meeting.
