Our software, AWARDS, was developed over the course of ten years by three large, multi-site, social service agencies in New York City. As a result of this sustained input, AWARDS has attained an incomparable level of sophistication and usability. Additionally, because this input came from multi-service agencies, we are able to track data associated with many kinds of social services: including Medicaid services, employment and training services, section 8 subsidized housing, alcohol and drug rehabilitation and mental health services.
