Senior Project Managers

Upon signing a contract with Foothold, our clients are assigned a Senior Project Manager (SPM) who coordinates all training, configuration discussions and other implementation-related activities. The SPM provides a single point of contact for our clients and is always available with a simple phone call or email.

Training

Foothold Technology utilizes and promotes the train-the-trainer model of training new users on AWARDS.  This enables Foothold customers to develop a robust internal technical support team, nurture real ownership of the agency's database by the staff who use it, and keep training costs to a minimum.

Our AWARDS Basic Train-the-Trainer package consists of three full days of training, and comes standard with a new AWARDS contract.  These three days of training cover many basics of AWARDS use and help those in attendance to become effective trainers for other users within their agency.

To maximize the effectiveness of this training, we recommend that those who attend be the core of your internal training team.

Foothold also offers a certification program, an expert level training program that provides participants with an unparalleled ability to assist others in making full use of AWARDS, and to assist their employers in realizing the full benefits of comprehensive real-time information.  It will also help distinguish them from other AWARDS users.
